Trish Russell is a qualified Nutritionist and the founder of Enrich Health & Nutrition. She specialises in Sports Nutrition, Clinical Weight Management and Key Clinical Concepts for Weight Loss, Women's Health and General Health & Wellbeing. Trish is also a certified group fitness instructor and Personal Trainer. In addition, she has also educated school and sporting communities on the benefits of pre and post‐exercise nutrition.
Her passion is fitness (especially running, kettlebells and skipping) and food. Trish’s goal for 2013 is to complete her first marathon (shhh... she hasn't told anyone yet) and participate in a trail run. She has previously run three half marathons including the Bribie Classic which is a 21km beach run. This year she will also be competing in the Hervey Bay Triathalon UndieRun and as many parkruns as her schedule allows.
Trish is a busy mum of two energetic boys who compete in many different sports.
Trish discovered the importance of food when she learnt that her youngest boy had food intolerances. By making simple changes to his diet it made a huge impact on his life. That was it, Trish was hooked and her journey towards health and nutrition had begun.
She is an avid believer in the mind, body and spirit connection and has a holistic approach to practice. Trish loves working with her many and varied clients to Educate, Empower and Inspire them to achieve the results they are looking for and to enable them to live a life of optimum health and wellness through nutrition.
